Description: Chase Bays inInterior Brake Line Relocation with Single Piston Brake Booster Delete
Details:
The Chase Bays Brake Line Relocation for 92-00 Honda Civic and 94-01 Integra with Brake Booster Eliminator (BBE) is designed for enthusiasts who want to eliminate engine bay clutter and improve braking performance by;
• Relocating the brake lines in a much more practical way. (aka Brake Line Tuck or Tucked Brake Lines)
• Replacing the factory proportioning valve / block with our Adjustable Bias Valve.
• Deleting ABS, if applicable
• Compensating for a different master cylinder setup (IE: Brake Booster Eliminator)
This is the Brake Line Relocation Kit for our SINGLE PISTON Brake Booster Delete. For the DUAL PISTON Brake Line Relocation Kit, CLICK HERE.
The SINGLE PISTON Brake Booster Delete is not included in this purchase, for the SINGLE PISTON Brake Booster Delete Kit, CLICK HERE.
The OEM brake hard lines are relocated and replaced and with -3AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines. We use the best components in the industry and we pressure test every line we assemble. We guarantee a leak free start up if this product is installed correctly. CLICK HERE if you need the OE Master Cylinder Brake Line Relocation Kit.
This kit is sold with inBay or inInterior options. The inBay keeps all the lines in the engine bay and mounts the Adjustable Bias Valve to a master cylinder bolt. We have designed the lines to route in the best path possible. Low on the firewall, behind steering column, under frame rail…however we find is the best look while remaining easy to install. Plus of course, a safe distance from high heat and/or moving objects. If you want the inBay kit, CLICK HERE to go to that product page.
The inInterior kit relocates the lines and Adjustable Bias Valve on the interior side of the firewall. Starting in the engine bay, we now have a CNC bent and flared stainless steel hardline. On the other side of this (inside the cabin) is a 3 way fitting to go to front right, front left, and the Adjustable Bias Valve. Very simple routing. This completely replaces the stock proportioning valve and is needed for good braking performance when eliminating the booster. It is mounted right next to your shifter for easy adjustments. (Any brand making Brake Lines for Brake Booster Delete that keeps the stock proportioning valve needs to track test their products)
Another big change is NO MORE FLARING on inInterior kits! We run new lines from the Bias Valve to go directly to the rear Fenderwell lines. So you can eliminate the rear hard lines for better aesthetics in engine bay and weight savings. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for all the installed photos.
The Brake Line Relocation replaces all of the engine bay hard lines up to the lines in the fenderwell. It does not include the fenderwell to caliper lines. Those are available separately here.
Legend:
OEMC - Original Equipment (or Stock) Master Cylinder
BBE - Brake Booster Eliminator
PTFE - Polyetratluoroethylene aka Teflon
Proportioning Valve & Bias Valve - The component that alters the difference in front and rear pressure. In most cases, the front needs more. Almost all of our Brake Line Relocations include an Adjustable Bias Valve.
ABS - Anti-Lock Brake System. Sometimes needed, sometimes not. How you determine this is up to you but if you have any questions we can provide insight.
