This titanium exhaust header is the twin to our existing Hi-Flo design and still offers the same benefits and gains of stepped exhaust tubing by maximizing exhaust flow, widening the powerband and increasing horsepower and torque. BLOX Racing Hi-Flo [commonly referred to as 'small tube'] exhaust headers are specifically intended for Honda B-series engines between 1.6L-1.9L in displacement. Hi-Flo exhaust headers are 2-piece and feature a 4-2-2-1 (Tri-Y) design using innovative stepped exhaust tubing.
Even though these titanium headers are based on existing designs, that’s where any similarities end. Each header is constructed out of 100% Grade 1 titanium, the purest form, which offers exceedingly greater amounts of attributes for, particularly, exhaust components and other high performance and racing products.
Each titanium header is handmade and hand TIG-welded. Considering, the expert skill and craftsmanship that goes into each unit ensures that each header is constructed the same way, each and every time. This consistency in production allows for proper fitment and seal against exhaust leaks.
Compared to each of its T304 twin, the titanium version is 58% lighter! 58% lighter!
